Return Window

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to Start a Return

Contact us via our Contact page or at spycer774@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps by email.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories included. Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/France Consumers)

EU consumers also benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, in accordance with French and EU consumer protection law, independent of this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used; any such exceptions will be noted on the product page.
